The Abs Diet Workout
The Abs Diet Workout is presented in - 3 parts: Diet, Exercise routine (circuit training), and abs routine. This video concentrates primarily on the circuit training with a little info on diet and directs viewer to a supplementary booklet that comes with the program. Circuit training is to be completed 3 times a week with 48 hours recommended between each session to rebuild muscle. Repetition of sets in a circuit fashion with only 30 seconds of rest in between each set (so the heart rate remains elevated) is the hallmark of this style of training. A main focus of the program is that you have someone to motivate you through the workouts, show your proper form, and program is dedicated to HOME training with the Abs method with very little weights or accessories required.
